General Review of Crystal Parade Customer Service

I’m a new customer to Crystal Parade and have recently placed several orders. On two occasions, I realised I’d forgotten to add a few crystals to my order, and after contacting the team, they very kindly added them before my order was shipped. They also kept me informed when there was a slight delay with one of my deliveries. I’m so pleased I found Crystal Parade. Not only are their products excellent quality (I buy their non-hotfix flatback crystals), but their customer service truly goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
