Lifetime Launch System

Good system for the price; should last a long time with proper care.

Very nice system that should last "forever" with proper care. I like that I can use a rechargeable LiPo battery inside for lower long-term costs of launching, instead of using C-cells, while still providing enough current for cluster launches. It would be nice if Estes would get the LiPo battery back in stock soon. Similar ones, with even higher performance, can be obtained from other sources, but for those of us new to using them, it would be nice if an explanation was included as to what all the jargon meant so we would be sure to buy a similar or even more capable battery. 11.1V, 800 mAh, JST connector is understood, but what does 3S 50C mean? I'm considering is building my own 6" leads with micro clips and attaching the alligator clips from the controller to them so the alligator ones on the controller stay clean, instead of getting corroded from the engine exhaust over time.

Arrived in great condition and functions great! Much needed upgrade from the portapad 2 i had.

Great product

Very sturdy and easy to put together. I had to launch on uneven ground and was able to adjust the rod to launch straight.
