1st build after 50 years absence from model rocketry.
I built my first Estes rocket in 1973 A mini–BRUTE Little John and flew it in the front yard at my Grandmother's house on 1/2 A3-2T power, and I was amazed when the chute deployed and it floated down for a perfect touch down. I built many more Estes model rockets for the next couple years then as is the case with most young men at 16 years old it was Car's and Girls! I always wanted to build the Red Max but never did, now at 64 I am introducing my Grandson to this wonderful hobby with the mini max and I have just completed the Big Red Max! It's a very nice kit and goes together Quickley.
