My problem is not with the product which was a gift and I did not try. My problem is with the service. The web site had 3 levels of shipping, regular, something intermediate and expedited. It gave no information on the meaning of expedited, but it did claim"ready to ship", so assuming expedited was fast I paid an extra $24 even though the product was less than $40, as delivery was time sensitive. It was not shipped until 3 days later. The shipper predicted another 5 days to arrive. On my complaint, half the expedited shipping was returned, but I still paid for expedited shipping to the shipping company. It is hard to believe normal shipping which was free would have taken longer. You should give estimated shipping times for each option, so customers know what they are paying for, and should have a phone number for customer service.
