Honestly really pleased with this chair. I spend most of the day at my desk and my old one was absolutely wrecking my back, but this is so much more comfortable. The footrest is a dangerous addition though because once that’s out, productivity drops dramatically. It was pretty easy to put together, feels sturdy, and the padding is actually decent unlike some office chairs that go flat after five minutes. The reclining bit is great too for those “I’ll just sit back for a second” moments that turn into 20 minutes. Definitely worth the money and a huge upgrade from my old chair.

Great Customer Service and Good Product

I had an issue with my chair when it was delivered, (the backrest was dirty), but dream home store quickly offered to give me a partial refund or to replace the dirty backrest for free. The product itself is very good quality and easy to build with clear instructions. I got the grey velvet material and it is very soft, the chair also feels very sturdy even when reclined so it seems unlikely to break. Overall for the price it’s 10/10 you won’t find anything better.
