Not a card, no customer service

I acquired the 'card' for a friend's birthday. The image on the website shows a physical card, which is what I wanted. I was instead sent a digital number on an email. I wrote to the contact email of the company asking for a physical card (there's no number to call), and have got no response. So not a good experience for me.
