Famune™ Keepsake Squares

Never received. I emailed the company asking when my order would be shipped and they told me thy never didn’t have a tracking number that was generated for my order and they never heard anything from their warehouse. I thought this was very strange. I was fully refunded for my purchase. I had to initiate this company giving me a full refund. I will never order from this company again. I’m not sure if this company is legitimate or not?
