A Taste of Sourdough Cookbook

I'm working with two sourdough starters I purchased while taking a trip to Alaska. I purchased one in Caribou Crossing from a local bakery and one in Ketchikan that has a history back to the days of the gold rush. A Taste of Sourdough Cookbook has given me several ways to use both of my starters, tons of information about sourdough and come as a sturdy cookbook that can survive my busy kitchen. One basic recipe down and so many more to try!!

The algorithm on YouTube made Whispering Willows Farm video about selling focaccia at Jills local farmers market pop up. It resonated with me because I had started my cottage bakery around the same time she did and I spontaneously bought her cookbook. I love this cookbook. It’s through, it’s simple, it’s well organized. Now that I’ve had a chance to bake several things out of it. I’ve expanded my offerings at my farm stand. Her focaccia recipe, the best tasting ever.
