I bought 4 individual piercings to wear in my earlobes and have only been able to insert 1. They are insanely difficult and fiddly to get in. Even opening the jewellery in hand is so time-consuming and difficult. I messaged Serenity for support and received no reply so I am now left with 4 pieces of jewellery of which I can only use 1.
