Update: down grading this review as a month on, things have changed.
Firstly, this thing is like The One Ring in that it is always trying to return to its master: three times has it escaped my key-ring, unscrewing itself and leaping for freedom on the gravel drive. The third attempt has so far been successful and I write this review sans picky.
Secondly, the tip of the pick bent when I was using it to cajole a plastic lining from a steel bottle cap: I had hoped for something more resilient.
Fantastic idea with a number of great (lighter) uses I suspect - let down irretrievably by its Houdini-like abilities of escape.

Great pick.
Not just useful as a toothpick, it's also great for re-setting electrical devices that have those pinholes for the reset button. County Comm gear is awesome.
