I received this bracelet which I had ordered for my son’s 40th birthday. The bracelet is exceptional quality and came beautifully packaged. I did have an issue with the engraving on the clasp so I contacted customer service. I spoke with a lady called Lucy who went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I received a new clasp with perfect engraving. I will definitely be ordering from this company again, great products, beautifully packaged and exceptional customer service.
