I have been using this mat in the clinic with my patients and myself. We love it!

I can’t believe the grounding mat gives the same results as being outside! I feel much more calmer and relaxed when using the grounding mat. And my shoulders aren’t as tense. I primarily use it at work, placing it under my keyboard. I absolutely love it!

First ever good sleep at hotel

I never sleep well at hotels, especially on the first night, even more so when traveling to Vegas for work, even with sleep medication. This trip, however, I brought my portable ground mat and slept well every night - and I didn't even have to take anything! I've had the large grounding mat on my bed for years, and I assumed that it help me sleep better but now, I have undeniable proof that this thing works. I recommend it to anyone that complains about poor sleep. I've even gifted it to family members that suffer from health conditions. Highly recommend, especially for those like myself that live in a city and cannot ground naturally.
