The gift delivery went to the wrong address. After surveying the neighborhood… one street and two blocks down it was retrieved by the recipient. I called you and wrote you and nobody responded. Until you reach out i will not be ordering again. I feel my delivery fee should be refunded. My friend agrees with me your product is stellar. Customer service? Not so much.
