Wear these for beer league ice hockey as an alternative to bulkier strap-in elbow pads. The flexibility is unmatched and the pads stay exactly where I need them to be instead of sliding down off my elbows. Only tradeoff is that I noticed my arms feel pretty hot while wearing them; seems there's not a lot of airflow through the material and padding. Overall though, it's totally worth it if you want maximum comfort with decent protection playing non-contact hockey.
