I like the overall design of the figure and the cloak but as stated in other reviews the joints are super loose

The figure while great in detail, the plastic feels soft, and while that makes it easy to customize with parts swapping, it’s frustrating when it comes to opposing your figure because certain parts will pop off, and unfortunately, the hip on my finger broke after I was very much alarmed by all the squeaky joints. I went to go get shock oil, but it was too late.. UPDATE it was a very easy interaction with their customer service. They were understanding the replacement figure came about two weeks later and the second copy was perfect the limbs were smooth, but still tight so nothing was floppy. I’ll definitely order another figure because now that I know the customer service is easy to communicate with and navigate I wouldn’t feel hesitant that if there is a problem that they won’t find a resolution
