Great but with a flaw

I love this chair, the right amount of adjustment, the right amount of comfort, the right amount of quality . The main issue I have with this product is not the product itself . It is the instructions that are so limited that unless you put the product together every day you would struggle. A 30 min Job became a 2 hr marathon. The website had no video on how to put it together and instructions were a one page diagram with only one series of images. The email that came before it arrived gave me the video instructions of assembly for a desk. I didn�t buy a desk I bought a chair. The construction and parts and bolts are all high grade . Even the Allen Key has a sturdy handle everything screaming worth the price. Only to be let down by limited instructions that are worse than IKEA . This turned excitement into relief that it was finished. This is an amazing chair it is just a shame that the experience was let down by something that could be fixed by a QR code on the instruction sheet and a short video on you tube filmed with an iPhone. Worth the price just prepare for some head scratching and have lunch first.

Great chair. Good build quality for price.

Purchased this chair. Lots of adjustments that you can do to get it to fit you. Back is a little narrow so wont fit wider profile. But fit me well. I am 5ft8. Had an issue with the shipping which got sort in just one call and correct item was sent quickly. I see this chair as a budget Haworth Fern. Love it!
