I had eaten at Berryhill Restaurant in Boise for years. When John Berryhill was the most desireable caterer in Boise, Idaho I was the recipient of many events which he catered. When Bacon became his main restaurant I ate there many times. I then moved to Scottsdale, AZ, but when I saw on line I could mail order Berryhill Bacon I was hooked. This is delicious easy bacon!!!
