Shipping issues

I am very disappointed with this order. I paid over $35 for shipping, but after 14 days my package still has not arrived. For the amount charged for delivery, I expected much faster and more reliable service. The lack of updates and the excessive delay are frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shipping service.

I love the fact that the item arrived!. I have not used it yet but will soon. Delivery service brilliant.
