Reflective Shoulder Strap for Hydro Carriers

While the product is nice, the arrival of it was over twice as long as it was supposed to be. It wasnt on the carrier as it was just not shipped until a week after it was already suppsoed to be delivered. I emailed customer service about it when I seen it still hadnt shipped, and was never replied to. They dont habe a phone number to call and talk to customer service. Being that I bought thks specifically for my husband who had been injured and on crutches, after almsot 3 weeks he was off crutches by the time it finally arrived. So Im extremly upset to have slent all that money it specifically to help my husband and it didnt show up until long after it was supposed to. And that is all onnthe seller because once they finally shipped it, it arrived fast. They just never sent it until after it was supposed to be here already according to their own site when ordering.

Reflective strap works great!

I already have my Arco gear - this order is for our vacation. I use mine at Bazaar's, picking blueberries, fairs, etc. It's great - just slip it on, put your water in. The front pocket for phone, cards, cash, etc. is great!!
