Red Wine & African Mint ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This one completely surprised me — in the best possible way. The red wine gives it a subtle depth and fruitiness, and the African mint adds this bright, unexpected lift that just works beautifully. It’s unlike anything else I’ve tried. Incredible on lamb, dark chocolate desserts, or a cheese board. n/um has done something really special here — this salt is genuinely one of a kind.
