Misshapen ring

It was beautifully made but I’m guessing the length wasn’t cut right or something which ended up causing it to be made at an angle that can’t be comfortably worn. It could’ve possibly been smashed on one side during packaging but the metal is so thick I don’t know how it would’ve happened.
