The gloves themselves are very good. I ordered two pairs of the same size (9). Unfortunately I received a size 9 and a size 6 which I can see how this happened. However trying to resolve this has proved difficult. The return policy is rather limiting (replacement or credit on the one pair). As the size I need is no longer in stock the option would be store credit which means buying a pair at the non offer price and paying a further delivery charge which I don’t think I should be doing for a mistake that wasn’t my fault.
A compromise was reached whereby I return the gloves and they would sort it but upon arranging the return, it stated I would receive a further email with instruction which is yet to be received. Hopefully this can get resolved shortly as like I said the gloves themselves are of a great quality.
