I own quite a few pairs of Frye boots and these fit unlinke any of the 6 pairs I own. So small i could not get my foot all the way into the bed without pushing and immediate pain. Clearly defective fit. Purchased on sale, Frye refused to let me simply exchange citing their policy. It will be the last time I purchase directly. It costs very little to help a customer, and retention is priceless in this very competitive day of branding. Highly recommend you purchase via retailer who can support the customer experience.

These boots are made for long walks! No need to break them in, true to size, love how they look with a dress or jeans. I purchased black and brown and plan to purchase the red pair this week! Never disappointed, always satisfied!

Thr boot looked great. However, it hurt my pinky toe and is very tight across the toe area. Hopefully with wear they will loosen up. I did order half size up. I tried to return for another half size up but could not return.
