Complex flavor. This one was lighter than I usually go to but wanted to try something different. Challenging for espresso but very good once dialed in. Nice for pour over as well.

Honey and Coffee - What???

The more I read about this new roast - the more I was intrigued. From my first taste forward - it is awesome! I love all the little undertones. The small hint of spice and the disguised taste of chocolate make this an adventure. I love it when roasters experiment with beans!!! I am definitely a taste tester. Great job!!
