Wow, what a great grinder. Instantly noted an improved flavor from my other grinder, which was still a pretty decent mid range grinder. Great build quality and shipped fast. Fantastic experience overall. Thanks for the great experience!

This is my second Z1 - one for pourover and one for espresso. The Z1 is wonderful grinder, is easy to swap burrs and experiment with, and pairs very well with an Odyssey Argos visually in my setup. The Z1’s are producing excellent coffee for pourover and for espresso.
