Genuine and beautiful limited edition Brumate that was not being upsold or charged for a fortune (they sold it at retail price- woohoo!) Product unfortunately came damaged during shipping. Brumate (company that makes the cup) sent me a replacement straw. Palmetto Twist did reach out to me to make things right. Thank you Palmetto Twist. I appreciate the great customer service.
