Oh i love this one its very jaggy gets roght into the points you want and need .. very oh ah ooooh hahaha will take some time before i put full weight on them .
Ive bought 4 so far to share with friends and family.
Good quality and feel nice width too ..its low to the ground so it wont tip over .

The Sole Spike is a great little tool for the soles of your feet. It really releases the tightness in the soles. At first, I could only tolerate putting a light pressure on the foot when rolling. But after a short while, increasing the pressure on the foot was more tolerable and the end result was an amazing feeling in the soles of the feet. I highly recommend trying it.
