2x Hotel Pillows & Pillowcase Set (Down Feather)

The pillows go flat in the middle of the night and the fabric feels and sounds plasticy, making for a noisy night of sleep. I’ve been trying to contact to return the pillows but no one has gotten back to me. So poor quality pillows & poor customer service = bad combination.

I’m having a real problem with both of the pillows. They both have a smell that I can’t get rid of. I tried putting them in the dryer with a pad to make them smell different, but I can’t get rid of the odor.

Wonderful product makes sleep really feel like sleep should. Would recommend
