After searching over multiple days for a new planner for 2024, I happened upon the Artful Planner website. They offer so many choices on personalization! After choosing my design, I was so happy to receive a quality product that was not only what I expected, but even better. This is a great business; my order was even packaged beautifully. I am liking the planner, however… my little had my phone and hit ‘order’ when I was still on the fence. So I immediately contacted Artful Planner Co and asked if I could cancel. NOPE. ‘Once you order it prints’ so no refunds/cancellations.
