US Army Molle II Large Rucksack

I received my ruck in the mail within the time frame provided. I set it all up, and the condition was very nice. My order was accidentally missing a minor sustainment pouch, but once I established my concerns, they were on it and shipped it out that same day, as well as other items for the inconvenience. This is a very great company that really cares about their customers, and I can’t wait to give them more business!

rucksack was delivered with both sustainment pouches missing. shoulder straps were also missing the quick release straps. emailed redemption tactical and they never responded. placed a review on their website and it was removed. i'd give zero stars if possible

They didn't send all the pieces and haven't responded to my emails.
