Anthurium Warocqueanum 'Queen'

Plant looks healthy but arrived with black spore like dots underneath. I reached out for advise but was told i had only send one picture when i had sent multiple of different leaves showing what i was talking about. I was told it was someyhing related to high humidity so i fleanee it off. It seems fine so far.
