Everyday Electrolytes

I've tried a lot of electrolyte powders in this one. Honestly surprised me. I started using this to stay hydrated during long shifts (I'm a registered nurse on a busy labor and delivery unit) , and noticed I had way fewer headaches and didn't feel as drained by the end of my day. The taste is really clean- not overly sweet or artificial like some others. I've tried- which makes it easy to keep drinking. It also mixes well and doesn't leave that weird aftertaste. I definitely recommend it for anyone with long work days or workouts who need steady hydration without all the sugar. I also appreciate not only are the ingredients listed but what they are for and how they benefit you which makes the company seem very transparent. Definitely will be using this product on the daily!
