9188ET Big & Tall Power Lift Recliner – Dual Motor, 400LBS, Lay Flat, Heat & Massage

I must admit initially that I was hesitant to order a power lift chair for my husband from a company online instead of from a local company. I have to say Irene House put any of those concerns to rest immediately. From the initial order to the shipping process to delivery to installation we couldn’t be happier. First the chair we chose accommodates my husband’s 6’5” frame. It is both wide enough and long enough. It allows both zero gravity and lays flat should he need to sleep in the chair. It is attractive, solid and well made. My husband appreciates the quiet and smooth lift of the dual motors and it stands him right up with ease. He is also very pleased with the massage function and will enjoy the heat in the future (it is currently 104 here!). The remotes are straightforward and the buttons for the massage on the remote light up. Irene House shipped the chair almost immediately. There were snags with Fedex (through no fault of Irene House) but Sierra with customer service helped calm concerns and assured us they would help us with the shipment every step of the way - and she did. We added the assembly option and Sierra scheduled a local installer and communicated with him and us as needed. She could not have been more helpful (legendary customer service and believe me I don’t say that lightly) and made us feel valued and supported. If you are shopping for a terrific lift chair from a company that that is caring and trustworthy, Irene House is the company for you.

This chair is very comfortable and looks great. I fall asleep every time I sit in it. We like it so well we have ordered another one. The directions are not great so it makes it a bit more time consuming to put together than it should.

It's a great chair. I'm recovering from a spinal fusion so it's hard to get comfortable anywhere. I'm happy with the chair so far. The dual motor are a huge plus.
