I was so excited to find a recliner for my 6'9" husband! I got it in a color that I didn't mind having in our main room and it looks fabulous! The material is soft. It was pretty easy for my husband to put together when it arrived in several boxes earlier than expected. I also bought a cover for it since I got a light color and my husband likes to snack when watching TV. He loves the chair and says he feels like a sloth, it's so comfortable. It is actually longer than him when it is fully reclined. It is quiet. We are very pleased with our purchase and hope to use it for many years to come! Also, customer service responded very quickly to my email when I was concerned that one of the boxes hadn't showed up with the others. It arrived less than 24 hours later.

The tech pro put it together this morning. Very pleased with this beautiful chair.
