Worked really well. Exactly as I had hoped. Made 2 small loaves of lemon poppy seed cake with one batch of mix. Makes it much easier to give away home made cakes and loaves without needing to think about how to present them. I used a cellophane bag to wrap it up. Box was easily able to be pulled apart when it was time for cutting and serving the loaf. Very happy.
