I can’t rave enough about Osaki, the quality, but especially the Customer Service! We originally ordered a chair that was much too aggressive for my elderly mother. I just knew it was gonna be a hassle or a lot of money or even if at all, we could trade it in. In steps, Mrs.Enna Lee. This woman was amazing from the very first email inquiring if it was possible to trade in. She would walk us through every step of the way, there was never any hassle. It was never a problem we got it swapped out and the new chair is amazing. It works for everybody in the home and the quality is outstanding. Thank you Osaki, thank you, Enna.
