Benchtop Welding & Fixture Table - 2' x 4'

NICE, BUT HAVE A GRINDER

Nice product and very easy to assemble, but the tolerances of the cutouts needs to be re-engineered. Had to grind some of the tabs that are inserted into the cutouts probable due to tolerance buildup, but not that big of a deal. Was surprised to findout that each crossing point of the ribs needs to be clamped down before tack welding. I had 28 of these and was able to clamp only the outsides using my C clamps. TMT sells clamp kits for $4 ea for the 14 interior points, but kind of expensive to use only once so made some from 1/4" bar stock. Made legs from 2 - 1 x 2 box tubes that fit nicely into the cutouts. Other than these minor problems went together fast and made a nice table.
