Best toner!
I am really loving this toner. I’m in my second bottle now and can’t see myself going back to other toners. My skin looks smooth and brighter after using and it rids of impurities…the cotton rounds shows the impurities even after cleansing. I also love the packaging and the high quality, clean ingredients!
