VERY easy to assemble. Included Alan wrench was amazing! Best wrench I've ever seen included with any other furniture. Metal base seems very solid and looks like it will last a long time. Other chairs have plastic bases. This one is made to last. Very easy to adjust the lumbar support. Adjustable seat pan is awesome. I'm 6'1" so this relieves the pressure on my legs. Very happy so far!
