Great quality, fit and feel. Customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend calling in to get measurements. I used an online site to get my own and compared to the actual sizes of the shirts. I think the actual sizes should be posted on the site to pre-empt the call. That being said, the CSR was great and once we narrowed down the size, I just ordered over the phone. Got the shirt in SC a few days later.

Purchased both the 18oz and the 24oz versions. The quality and craftsmanship is unrivaled . Sizing is a bit off on them so I would recommend calling in for advice. I’m 6ft 2 , 225 lbs 34” waist ( vanity sizing as they would call it) and 48“ chest measurement. The Large in both the models fit like a glove with enough room to layer up when it gets to late season. Purchased both as a hunting top for drives and tree stand sits . I would strongly recommend Johnson Woolen Mills’ products to anyone wanting an old fashioned woolen garment that will stand the test of the north eastern woods and time. Their customer service is great ( especially Carolyn) and shipping times are extremely quick. Thank you Carolyn and the staff at Johnson’s.

I’ve been wearing Johnson Woolen Mills clothing for about 50 years. I’ve never been disappointed in a single purchase. I already have 2 heavier weight double caped jac-shirts. I bought this lighter weight version for use during cool fall and spring weather, when my heavier weight ones are a bit too warm. Nothing beats wool and Johnson’s are always a good value
