This is the second time I've bought this item and it is such a quality petticoat for the price. I bought the same petticoat again because I wanted to layer it with my previous one for an extremely fluffy effect under dresses. I've had my first one for about 2+ years and it's still going strong, and I'm happy to add another one to my collection! If I ever need another petticoat, I will be repurchasing this one! It's comfortable, stretchy, and pleasant to wear. I have a waist of 58 inches, and I still have a lot of room for stretch in case I gain more weight. I use the petticoats in lolitacords a lot, and they are worth their price. Sock Dreams, again, has shown to be reliable. Between both of my petticoats bought at least 2-3 years apart, there is no difference in quality. The shipping was fast too! I had the free shipping and it got to my house in less than a week I am a very happy customer!

I used the petticoat to fluff up my bubble skirt for a cosplay and it was the best!!! I have used this brand and petticoat since I was in highschool and I swear by it!
