Zen Garden 3-Pack

Great quality but inventory management needs improvement.

I ordered a 3 pack for a family member but one item was out of stock at the point of order. I had to do constant follow ups for over 3 months. I kept being told that I was on a delivery priority list and was not offered an alternative outside of a refund. This was a gift and I was disappointed because the quality was really good. I asked if the same shirt in a different color was available and was told they would send one in a different color instead. A few days later I followed up again and was told I would just be refunded. It’s a shame because I love the quality of these products but the inventory and logistics are destroying this company’s reputation fir me.
