People you ise to ship are horrible people and they force you to talk with an automated system. I finally got to interact with a human on thier app, but again they do not listen and are not there to help. I was suppose to fet my package on a sunday the driver lied and said they didnt have a code??? I live on a public road and there is no coded needed anywhere. I was home the entire day they claimed to have attempted delivery. Nobody came by my home. Then they sat on the package and because i didnt have a code they said they would hold the package or ship it back to who i ordered it from. Bad bad bad!!!!then tried to reach out to RIDGE, but the only way i got any type of response was to make comments on thier Instagram. Finally someone messaged me and they were made aware of situation. Still took several days for package to be delivered. I spent almost 500.00 on products.

Fast charger isnt really fast at all, magsafe will charge your phone but its gonna take hours. The lightning cable side only charhed a ioad to 60% before charging ended on its own. As of now, its mediocre at best, not really worth the money at worst.

Fully charged it and after charging an iphone 14 from 56 to 100 the ridge was down in the 40s. So almost two charges out of it not two to three like its advertised. Also the magnet charging is super slow. I even bought a magsafe case to make sure everything was compatible and i tried it on my other iphone with no case. In an hour charging my phone went from 14 to 40. The cable charger on it though seems to work just fine. Tried that and in less than 15 min my phone went from 40 to 56. The magnet side definetly is not a quick charge.
