really good, i got it for summer cause i just moved to a tropical climate. if you’re actually gonna be running/fit in it size up or if you’re on the larger end of your size then size up. the back is the same height as the front so its much better for movement and heat than a gc2b binder, its not see through either but it isnt as stretchy as their athletic binder so just bare in mind it can be tricky to get on the first time

Does not stretch much over time like conventional cotton binders. The mesh fabric all the way around allows you to breathe and can be easily washed-not storing sweat between the fibers. Using in water does not stretch the binder, making it durable as an everyday or sports binder against sweat.
