Unique, complex, and pleasant spirit

Feragaia defies categorization as an alcohol replacement and with good reason. The nose is somewhat astringent like a scotch but the flavor is like nothing else. Lemon and ginger notes abound up front followed by gentle sweetness. Aftertaste is complex and floral. More of a cocktail drink than a sipper. Highly recommend with simple syrup, bitters, and soda, garnished with a lemon peel.

more complex and interesting than any other I have tried. I mix it with good tonic for a pre-dinner drink.

It is OK

It is good in that provides a replacement for an evening drink. It does not however taste like whisky, so you will be disappointed if you have that expectation. The taste however is pleasant enough and is nice as something g to sip on in the evening. Even I only have it 3 stars I will buy it again.
