Women's Linen Scarf

Horrible quality. Came out of the box looking thin, thread-bare, and completely covered in pilling and loose thread. Looks like someone had been wearing it for a decade. I emailed customer service and they simply replied and said it is because of the process in how it is made. No offer to let me return it, no apologies. It will go in the trash and I won’t buy any more products from them.
