TTfone TT760 4G

Bought this for my partner who is blind. Has all the features he needs - well defined buttons and 8 speed dial numbers, enough to store all family numbers. It also connects to his hearing aids through bluetooth, which makes it so easy to use. Volume and clarity are great.

I had to upgrade my original TT phone when the 3G signal was recently switched off. This 4G phone is very smart looking, compact and sturdy. As it is a flip design it is easy and safe to carry in my pocket whilst out on walks as it fits well into a pocket size and there is no chance of pocket dialling if the phone is closed. The vibrating mode will alert you to any call or notification that arrives. As with my original phone I found the large keys and voice activation a big bonus, however as with my original phone it is extremely hard to view the screen content outdoors or even indoors in a dim lighting, which makes scrolling difficult and it is easy to misdial or select the wrong feature. I have to comment that the enclosed instruction leaflet's print is so small and almost impossible to deciphers the writing and instructions from which is remiss as the phone itself is advertised as being elderly and poor sighted people friendly. Also, from these instructions, how to retrieve voicemail messages (not messages) is not clear. I had to again go online and search how to use the Voicemail. All that said, for the price the actual phone is a basic but very competent emergency phone for taking out and about.
