Bathtub shower recaulk

I hate caulking but this product made the job much easier. I am hoping that it eliminates mildew but it is still too easy to tell. It looks great now and not peeling or shrinking so I am optimistic.

Zero customer service

The moment I submitted my online order, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I couldn't find a phone number; website said to direct inquiries to customer service email. I emailed immediately with correct address. No response. When i got auto email confirming my order, I emailed again. No repIy. I have not received the order or had any kind of response.
