Intake Elbow with Cold Side Intercooler Piping & Boots for 2005-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L

Looks great. Pipe will scratch easily during install. Short bolt on passenger side that holds bolt onto the spacer will be difficult to torque down because bolt head sits below the machining line. Be prepared to lose harware into the engine abyss. Gave it some wide open throttle take off. New clamps and boots hold well. Wish they made hot side pipe.

2006 f350 super duty

I was very pleased with the item, and the instructions were very helpful, overall great job on the design of the intake elbow and piping and boots for the intercooler, it was a perfect fit. I’m going to continue with future purchases from S&B and keep up the great work.

The factory plastic pipe deteriorated and was leaking boost like a sieve. This was easy to install and I'll never have to worry about it again. Truck runs better than ever!
