We purchased this SXS used from a private party. The S&B particle separator was not working. We checked to make sure power was getting to the fan motor, no problem with that so we removed the fan motor and checked it, bad fan motor. Ordered a new fan motor, quick delivery, correct part. Fixed it and it’s operating properly. Great experience working with S&B.

Fan's do go out, nothing new there... Replacement was quick and easy to order. Simple to change. Only thing that might make this better, is having new screws to reinstall the new fan... Not a biggie though... The Particle separator is worth every penny.... No more buying filters.... every month...
